Good Morning! I can't get this Marc Anthony Song out of my head since last night. It's an oldie but goodie titled Vivir Lo Nuestro and he sings it with La India (known as the Princess of Salsa). I will have the lyrics below for you in both English & Spanish just to reinforce a thought that I had on my mind today.

Have you ever been in love? 
Think about it for a minute. 
No, I am not talking about that guy that turned you on or that girl that made you do a double-take when she walked by with all her glorious curves I am talking about in love in love. 

You know, that heart pounding, falling to sleep on the phone with, staying up late JUST talking, getting lost into each others' eyes and not being able to see a future without this person in it type of love? Well if you haven't, I can almost guarantee that this song delivers on giving you the feeling of knowing that type of love and even more! The words are so poetically put together the way a artist paints a beautiful canvas. Something about this song also makes me think heavenly thoughts too. Could it be how it describes a love willing to go above and beyond this world? I am not sure exactly what it is but I thought about how God's love for us is so magnificent, so mighty that He himself would wrap himself up in this thing called flesh and come in the form of a man to suffer for our sins to save us from our own curse that we gave ourselves in the Garden of Eden for our disobedience. I am not trying to get too deep here but I can't even imagine how DEEP and VAST that kind of love must be....to humble yourself and sacrifice yourself like that, I'm in awe! 

When you love someone, you can't help but to think about that person often if not all the time. They are constantly in your thoughts, mind and part of your life even when things aren't "perfect". Yes I am married and love my husband deeply but today just thinking about the beauty of this song, I couldn't help but think WOOOOWWWW this must be how God feels about his church, known as "his bride". The even more awesome thing is how this is not an exclusive club where only the elite can be a part of. You don't need to be wealthy but you can be, you don't need to be healthy, you don't need to be skinny or male or female or a specific nationality, nope not at all! 

His word says: There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. (Galatians 3:28)

You can come just as you are and recieve Him and He will receive you, His love is that unconditional agape love that won't change when you get old, become sick, grumpy or poor or anything like that. I am reminded that like the lyrics of this beautiful song, God's love is passionate and immeasurable like the ocean waters and granules of sand at the beach!
